  • » YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $150.00 DEPOSIT FOR YOUR 30/50/100 AMP ELECTRIC SERVICE UPON YOUR booking. YOUR ELECTRIC METER WILL BE READ UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AND AT THE END OF EACH 4 WEEK STAY AND UPON YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE RESORT.   • » WE WANT TO REMAIN A RV RESORT COMMUNITY. THEREFORE, NO SKIRTING OF YOUR RV IS PERMITTED. NO STORING OF ITEMS UNDER YOUR UNIT IS PERMITTED. YOUR SITE MUST REMAIN CLEAN AND ORDERLY. EXCESSIVE CLUTTER IN THE YARD OR UNDER THE RV INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WINDOW UNITS, TOYS, CLOTHES LINES, STORAGE BOXES, TRASH CANS, OR ANY TYPE OF PERMANENT STRUCTURES THAT BECOME UNSIGHTLY AND DETRACT FROM THE OVERALL APPERANCE OF THE PARK WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

  • » ONLY 2 PETS PER SITE ALLOWED. APPROVED PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AND CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED. NO FENCES OR CAGES ARE TO BE USED OUTSIDE. NO UNATTENDED ANIMALS LEFT ON LEASHES. ALL LITTER MUST BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20 PER VIOLATION. DOGGY STATIONS WITH BAGS AND CANS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE. ANY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IS NOT PERMITTED BY ANY ANIMAL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ALL UTILITIES AND ELECTRICITY TO BE DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY. ELECTRICITY AND WATER ARE THE PROPERTY OF RV RESORT. FAILURE TO PAY RENT DUE IS CONSIDERED "THEFT OF SERVICES" TEXAS PENAL CODE 31.04 & CRIMINAL TRESPASS 30.05.
